CAN I PLACE AN ORDER BY PHONE?
Yes, you can definitely place an order by phone. Call us at (925) 519-2984 during our operating hours to order by phone (8am - 8 pm PST M-F; 10 am - 5 pm PST weekends). Stay by your computer to refer to necessary information to assist us or have the style information available - including style, size and color desired.
HOW DO I KNOW THAT MY INFORMATION IS SECURE?
We have gone to great lengths to ensure shopping online with Betties is completely safe. We use SSL encryption which secures your private information from interlopers. Information exchanged with any web address beginning with "https" is encrypted using SSL technology before it's sent over the Internet.
WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
For customers located in the United States, we currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Pay Pal and Google Checkout. For customers outside the United States, please use the International Checkout option.
HOW DO I ORDER ITEMS WITH CASHIER'S CHECKS OR MONEY ORDERS?
At this time we do not accept Cashier's Checks or Money Orders.
DO YOU SHIP TO PO BOXES OR MILITARY APO/FPO ADDRESSES?
Yes, we do ship to PO boxes. For Military APO/FPO addresses, please use our international shipping option (as described below).
WHAT DO YOU CHARGE FOR STANDARD SHIPPING AN ORDER TO CUSTOMERS IN THE UNITED STATES?
All orders shipped to a destination within the United States are charged at $7.95 for regular ground shipping.

Betties Fashions has partnered with a trusted third-party company, iGlobal Checkout, to fulfill orders for our International customers. Simply put the items you wish to purchase in our Shopping Cart and choose the " iGlobal Checkout" option. Your items will be transferred to iGlobal Checkout for processing. iGlobal Checkout will process your order, including billing, shipping and customer service. WHICH COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?
International shipping is currently available WORLDWIDE from Betties Fashions. Our third party vendor, iGlobal Checkout, will ship to all destinations around the world including Military APO / FPO addresses.
CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY INTERNATIONAL ORDER?
After you place your order, iGlobal Checkout will send an email to you with information on how to track your package. Alternatively, you can always go to the iGlobal website and track your package by clicking on "track a package" on the main menu.

WHEN PLACING AN ORDER, I GET AN ERROR MESSAGE STATING THAT THERE HAS BEEN AN AUTHORIZATION FAILURE. WHAT WENT WRONG?
Please double check the credit card number and expiration date on your card. Make sure that the billing information you entered matches what the bank would have on file for the card you are trying to use. Also, please be aware that we currently accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express for credit card payment for customers in the U.S.
DO YOU DO BACK ORDERS?
We do not do back orders. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible and ask if you would like a replacement item. Out of stock orders will be cancelled unless a replacement item is requested.
DO YOU HAVE A CATALOG?
Currently, we only have pictures of what is available for purchase on our website. We do not have a physical catalog.
DO YOU OFFER GIFT CERTIFICATES?
No, we do not offer gift certificates at this time but will be adding them in the future.
DO YOU CHARGE SALES TAX?
Betties is based in California. This means that only customers with mailing addresses in California have sales tax charges. For all other customers, there is no sales tax. Also, you will be shown the order total on the summary page, and can see from there if you were charged sales tax.
DO YOU MATCH YOUR OWN PRICES IF AN ITEM GOES ON SALE AFTER MY PURCHASE?
Yes, if you purchase at bettiesfashions.com and then see the price of your item reduced ON OUR SITE. Within 10 days of purchase we will gladly issue a price adjustment. Please call customer service at 925-519-2984 for assistance with receiving your adjustment.

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER IS COMPLETE?
You'll see a confirmation page after you complete your shopping experience. Then you'll receive a confirmation e-mail detailing the items purchased, estimated ship date and final cost.
HOW DO I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER WILL ARRIVE?
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped with an estimated arrival date. You can check on the status of your order with the tracking number provided. Select "view orders" after logging in to http://www.bettiesfashions.com/store/pc/Checkout.asp?cmode=1
WHAT IF I WANT TO CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
To check the status of your order, go to www.bettiesfashions.com and log in with your email and password. Then click on the "View Previous Orders" text option.
WHAT IF MY ORDER GETS LOST OR DOESN'T ARRIVE ON TIME?
Contact us immediately if your order is lost at (925) 519-2984 during our operating hours or send us an email. We will be happy to resolve any order issues.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Betties order, please return the product (by mail) within 30 days of receipt. Merchandise must be in new condition, and must be accompanied by the original receipt or invoice. If you no longer have the packing invoice, you may print a copy from the My Account area of bettiesfashions.com. Refunds will be made to the original form of payment.
HOW DO I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
You have a couple different options with making an exchange.
Option #1: you list the item(s) you would like to return on the Return Form included with your order and mail it to us. You will then receive an email confirming that we are processing your return. Next, you will receive a new email detailing the availability and/or shipping status of your exchange. Available item(s) will be sent via standard mail to the shipping address on your invoice. No additional shipping & handling charges apply to exchanges.
Option #2: If you're comfortable with this, you can simply place a new order and return the unwanted item for a refund. When we receive your return, we'll issue you a refund. This will get you your replacement item the fastest but we certainly understand why some people do not want to have two charges on their credit card account (before getting the refund credit). If your exchange requires additional funds, the credit charge initially used to purchase your order will be charged the difference. We are unable to honor previous sale prices or promotions when you place your new order.
WHAT IF I HAVE A QUALITY ISSUE WITH MY PURCHASE BUT DON'T HAVE A RECEIPT AND/OR IT IS AFTER 30 DAYS?
Betties stands behind the quality of its merchandise. If you have a quality problem, please call us at (925) 519-2984 for immediate attention. Also, Betties guarantees against manufacturers defects within 60 days of purchase. Regular wear and tear does not qualify. If you feel the item you received is defective and it was purchased from www.bettiesfashions.com, please contact us by calling 925-519-2984.
If you are to make a purchase at Bettiesfashions.com and then see the price of your item reduced ON OUR SITE, within 10 days of purchase, we will gladly issue a price adjustment. A receipt must be provided in order to receive a credit back. Please call customer service at 925-519-2984 for assistance with receiving your adjustment.
For our international customers, we use iGlobal Checkout. The benefit to you is that with iGlobal Checkout, your shipping costs are about 50% of the standard cost AND we can get the product to you in 4 or 5 days (instead of two weeks or more). However, because iGlobal Checkout manages our international orders, their return policy is different than our return policy for our U.S. customers as follows:
At iGlobal Stores, we stand behind the products we ship. If you need to return a product, you can contact us regarding the return under the following circumstances:
- The product is defective
- You received the wrong product
- The product was not received as ordered (i.e. color or size was incorrect)
- The product arrived damaged due to shipping
The following restrictions apply to all order returns:
- Your return will not be accepted without an RMA
- A picture of your order with a packing slip may be required
- RMA must be obtained within 5 business days of receiving the product
- Neither the original vendor nor iGlobal Stores will be held responsible for return shipping charges for orders returned without an RMA

Promotional codes always contain qualifiers. Please make sure you have reached the right amount of pre-tax sale dollars, the correct number of items, or any of the other conditions that apply to the promotion. WHAT IS PROPOSITION 65?
Proposition 65 is a California law that was approved by California voters in a referendum in 1986. It requires the state to keep a list of chemicals that cause cancer or reproductive toxicity. If a product contains a chemical on the list or contains a chemical in predetermined unacceptable levels that exceed the safe harbor levels as determined by the Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment of the California Environmental Protection Agency, businesses are required to provide a "reasonable warning" to customers prior to exposing them to such chemicals. This list is neither an exhaustive list nor should it be interpreted to mean that all products containing rhinestones or all products which are jewelry or shoe items contain chemicals on the Proposition 65 list.

Betties requires that all of its factories conform to a policy where none of the Proposition 65 List materials are used in our products. However, Betties does not test for these substances. As a result, we are required by law to post signs.
